2. Warehouse Inspection
Once your order arrives at our warehouse, our experienced QC team conducts a second, more detailed inspection. This ensures that the sneakers are still in perfect condition after transit and meet all of our criteria for quality.
3. Customer Preview
As a final step, we provide you with a preview of your actual order. Our professional photographers take detailed images of each sneaker, which are then uploaded to our QC platform, labeled with your order number. You will receive an email notification with a link to review these images before we ship your order. If everything meets your expectations, you can approve the QC. If there are any issues, you have the option to request changes or cancel the order for a full refund.
How Does Our QC Process Work?
Our QC process is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-focused:
Preparation: Once you place your order, we gather the sneakers you purchased from our warehouse.
Inspection and Photography: After the initial warehouse inspection, our photographer takes detailed photos of your sneakers, capturing every detail to ensure accuracy.
Upload and Notification: The images are then uploaded to our QC platform, and your order number is attached for easy identification. You will receive an email notification with a link to preview the QC images.
Customer Review: You can review the QC images at your convenience. If everything looks good, you can approve the QC. If there are any issues, you simply need to deny the QC, and you can choose to either request a product replacement or ask for a refund.
How Long Does Our QC Take?
Our QC process typically takes between 1-3 days. However, for some sneaker models, the process may take slightly longer depending on the specific requirements of the product. If the QC process takes longer than 3 days, you are welcome to contact our customer service team for assistance and updates.
